My keys are locked in my Digital Safe and the batteries are flat, how can I open the safe?
The safe cannot be opened; the lock needs to be drilled out using HSS drill bits, drill directly into the lock with a mains operated drill, this should release the door bolts and the door should open. Replacement keys are not supplied
How can I order spare parts for my RAC Pressure Washer?
Please download and print our order form from the Spare Parts page and send to us with your cheque/postal order. You can scan and e-mail your order form to spares@hilka.co.uk or fax it to +44 0208 3917575. Delivery is normally within a maximum of 14 days
I have lost my keys for my Digital Safe - can I get replacements?
No. Spare keys are not available for security reasons.
When I put the correct PIN number into my Digital Safe, the display shows ERROR.
Remove the batteries and leave them out for 24 hours, this should clear the problem, after 24 hours replace the batteries and enter a new PIN number in the normal way.
Mains Battery Charger - HP026. Can I connect the charger to the battery while the battery is still on the car.
NO. This charger is for indoor use only.
Mains Battery Charger - HP027. Can I jump start my car if the battery is flat.
YES. This charger is for indoor use and also for jump starting a car.
Portable Power Station & Engine Starter - Rechargeable Power Station & Compressor.How do I know when the unit is fully charged, the instruction booklet says the first charge should be for 36 hours but the red LED light has gone out after only a few hours.
All the units are partially charged to varying degrees before they leave the factory and therefore take different lengths of time to charge. When the red LED light goes out the unit should be fully charged, this can take up to 36 hours.
Can I still order replacement parts for my RAC pressure washer ?

PRESSURE WASHER: The male quick fit connector is missing?
The male and female quick fit connectors are packaged together, pull the orange section of the female connector towards the direction of the arrow ,twist and pull the male quick fit connector off.
SITE OR VAN STORAGE BOX Item no: SB735 - Which lock is suitable for this unit ?
The safe requires 2 x 50mm open shackle padlocks to cover the two locking pins. (Screwfix recommends 50mm open shackle lock –Screwfix stock code number: 50409)

1.Open lid of Truck safe 2.Post the padlock with the shackle open into the locking hole, shackle first. 3.Close the lid and push the padlock so that the shackle is locked.The padlock can be opened with the keys to reverse the locking process
